Where does the advertising money go?
Your €497 monthly payment covers the Malta Digital service. The actual money used to show the adverts is paid directly to Meta. This is the money Meta uses to actually show your adverts to potential customers. It does not come to Malta Digital.
Recommended Ad Budget
A smaller local business may start towards the lower end. A business that wants to reach more people, or operates in a more competitive market, may need more.
The Meta component depends on the agreed ad budget and is paid directly to the platform, not to Malta Digital.

Why 3 months?
One month is often too short to judge advertising properly. October, November and December give enough time to launch, learn what people respond to and make improvements. And because this takes you to the end of 2026, the decision is simple.
January 2027: continue or don’t.
By then you have seen the website, the advertising and the response from real customers. If continuing makes business sense, we discuss the next step. If not, there is no 12-month contract keeping you stuck.

Is the website really free?
Yes. The normal €990 Professional Website fee is waived when you join the full 3-month advertising offer.
Do I own the website?
Yes, once all three months are complete and all agreed invoices are paid.
Do I have to stay after December?
No. There is no 12-month commitment attached to this offer. In January you decide whether you want to continue.
Is the €497 for all three months?
No. It is €497 per month for 3 months. The total Malta Digital service cost is €1,491.
Does the €497 include my advertising budget?
No. Your advertising budget is separate and paid directly to Meta. We normally recommend €350–€850 per month, depending on the business.
Why is the normal price €1,250?
€1,250 a month is Malta Digital’s normal starting price for its Meta Growth service.
Can I spend less than €350 on ads?
We can discuss the business first, but we recommend starting from approximately €350/month, so the campaign has enough budget to gather useful data and reach potential customers.
What if I already have a website?
We can review it. If your current site is good enough, we can discuss using the €990 website value towards agreed improvements or another relevant part of the launch. This is decided case by case.
Can I get an ecommerce website for free?
No. The free website covers the standard Professional Website package. Ecommerce, advanced booking systems and custom functionality are quoted separately.
When does the offer start?
October 2026, or once onboarding is completed, depending on final campaign rules.
How many businesses are you accepting?

Can every business join?
No. We review each application, because advertising does not make sense for every business.
Are sales guaranteed?
No. No honest agency can guarantee how many customers a business will receive. The purpose of the three months is to give the business a proper website, proper advertising and enough time to judge the response based on real activity.
