Terms
Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 October 2026
These terms apply when you use malta-digital.com or work with Malta Digital ("we", "us"). Malta Digital is run by Uroš Mitrović as a self-employed business in Malta. It is not a limited company. If you have a question about these terms, email johnny@malta-digital.com.
Our services
We offer Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads management, websites, business systems and automation, and AI automation. The exact work, price and timing for each client are set out in the proposal or quote we agree with you. If these terms and your agreed proposal differ, the proposal applies.
Scope and quotes
A quote covers only the work it describes. Work outside the agreed scope, or changes after work has started, may need a new quote before we do it. Prices on our website are starting prices. Your proposal shows the final price.
What we need from you
- Content such as text, photos, logos and product details, provided on time.
- Access to the accounts we need, such as your Meta Business account, ad account, domain or hosting.
- Clear feedback and approvals when we ask for them.
- Confirmation that you have the right to use any content you give us.
Delays in content, access or approvals can delay the work.
Fees and invoices
We invoice our fees as set out in your proposal. Please pay invoices by the due date shown on them. Advertising spend is not part of our fee. You pay ad spend separately and directly to the platform, for example Meta or Google, using your own payment method.
No guaranteed results
We work hard to get you good results, but we cannot guarantee specific results from advertising, SEO or any other service. Results depend on many things outside our control, including your offer, prices, market, competition, budget and the platforms themselves. Past results we share are examples, not promises.
Platform rules
Meta, Google and other platforms have their own policies and can approve, reject, limit or remove ads, pages or accounts at their own discretion. These decisions are outside our control. We follow platform rules and will help you respond where we can, but we are not responsible for platform decisions, outages or changes.
Intellectual property
Once you have paid in full, you own the website and other work we deliver specifically for you. Until full payment, we keep the rights to it. Third-party items such as themes, plugins, fonts, stock images and software stay under their own licences. We may keep our general know-how, methods and tools, and use them for other clients.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information, account access and data confidential, and use them only to deliver our services. We ask you to treat our proposals, pricing and working methods the same way. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Ending the service
Notice and ending terms are set out in your agreed proposal. When the service ends, you pay for work done and fees due up to the end date, and we hand back any access you gave us.
Limitation of liability
We are responsible for doing our work with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, lost sales or lost data, or for losses caused by platforms, third-party tools or things outside our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Maltese law.
Partner and referral programme
Our partner and referral programme is covered by the terms on our Partners page.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect work already agreed in a signed proposal.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction over any dispute.
