“We reply hours later.”
Instant replies on every channel.
WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and your website chat, answered in seconds using your prices, hours and policies.
AI automation · Malta & Gozo
Someone fills in your Facebook form at 10pm. By morning, they have booked somewhere else. We build AI automation for businesses in Malta and Gozo that replies in seconds, asks the right questions and books the customer into your booking system or CRM, with your team in control.
In plain words
The useful part is joining them up: AI reads and replies, automation moves the details into your systems, and a person approves what matters.
Rules that move information without anyone copying it. A form arrives, the customer is added to the CRM and a confirmation goes out.
Software that can read and write. It understands a free-text message, an email or a PDF, and drafts an answer.
AI that takes steps, not just chats. It checks availability, asks a follow-up question, creates the booking, updates the CRM and hands over to a person when needed.
Answers questions in a chat window. Useful, but on its own it does not book anything or update your records.
Facebook and Instagram leads
We run Facebook and Instagram ads and build the booking systems and CRM they lead to. AI is the link in between, so a paid lead gets an answer while they are still interested.
A lead form, a Messenger or Instagram message, or a WhatsApp chat from a click-to-WhatsApp ad.
It answers from information you approve, then asks what you need to know: service, date, area or budget.
It offers real slots and books into your booking system or CRM, or passes the lead to staff with a short summary.
Bookings are sent back to Meta through the Conversions API, so you can see which ads bring customers, not just clicks.
Where it helps
“We reply hours later.”
WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and your website chat, answered in seconds using your prices, hours and policies.
“Half the calls are the same questions.”
Opening hours, prices, parking, what to bring. Anything else goes to a person.
“Booking takes five messages.”
It checks real availability, offers slots and confirms in your system. Changes follow your rules.
“Leads go cold.”
Every lead gets a reply and a reminder, and the right person gets an alert with the details.
“Quotes take all evening.”
AI drafts the quote or email from your price list. A person checks it and sends it.
“Paperwork piles up.”
Sorting emails, reading invoices and forms, and a weekly summary without spreadsheets.
By business type
Table requests from Instagram and WhatsApp answered at any hour and booked into your table system. Group and event enquiries go to the manager.
Appointment requests sorted by treatment and practitioner, booked into free slots, with reminders. Medical questions always go to staff.
Bookings by service and staff member straight from a Facebook ad or Instagram message, with reminders and rebooking prompts.
Questions about rooms, transfers and tour times answered in English and other languages, with special requests passed to your team.
Property enquiries from ads qualified by area, budget and dates, then logged in the CRM for an agent to call.
Job details, photos and location collected in chat, then a site visit booked or a quote drafted for you to check.
Examples of what can be built, not past client results.
Being honest
AI is good at reading and writing. It does not fix a broken process, and it can give confident answers that are wrong. We design every flow so mistakes are caught before they reach a customer.
If simple automation or a ready-made tool is enough, we’ll say so.
Ready-made or custom?
Many inbox, CRM and booking tools now include AI features. Try them first. They cost less to start.
Built around your booking rules, CRM and channels, when ready-made tools cannot connect or need too many workarounds.
AI added to a custom booking system or CRM, so replies, bookings and customer records stay in one place.
Cost
It depends on the channels, the systems it connects to and how much it needs to handle. One flow on one channel costs less than an AI agent connected to your ads, bookings and CRM. We scope it first and give you a clear quotation before any work starts.

How we work
Where enquiries come from, what you ask, and what happens next.
Set the rules, answers and handover points. Try a working version early.
Staff test real conversations and correct the answers before customers see it.
Track replies, bookings and time saved, then adjust.
Data and rules
Under the EU AI Act, people should be told when they are talking to an AI system. This applies from 2 August 2026, so every assistant we build says so.
Customers can ask for a person, and staff can step in at any time.
Personal data is handled with GDPR in mind, with access limits and retention agreed in the scope. Malta’s regulator is the IDPC.
We agree which AI provider and hosting region are used, and check the provider’s data terms before going live.
Why Malta Digital
Most AI studios build the assistant. Most ad agencies run the ads. We do both, plus the booking system or CRM where the customer ends up.
Based in Malta, working with businesses in Malta and Gozo.
