How much do

The two costs

Ad spend and management
are different bills.

“What do I actually pay Meta?”

Ad spend goes to Meta.

You set the budget. Meta charges you directly, so it does not pass through us.

“And what do I pay you?”

Management is a monthly fee.

Ours starts from €1,250 a month, excluding VAT. It covers strategy, setup, creative, campaign management and reporting.

Setting a starting budget

How to choose
your first ad budget.

There is no single right number. A good starting budget is one you can run long enough to learn from, without needing it back in the first month.

We recommend a starting figure in the free review, based on your offer, audience and goals. No promise of a particular return.

Before you set a number…

  • Work out what a new customer is worth to you.
  • Decide what you want: enquiries, bookings or online sales.
  • Plan for around 90 days, not a few weeks.
  • Keep the ad budget separate from the management fee.
  • Make sure you can reply to enquiries quickly.

If the numbers do not work yet, we’ll say so before you spend anything.

What drives the cost

What pushes
ad costs up or down.

Audience size

Malta is a small market. A narrow audience can cost more to reach, and the same people see your ads more often.

Your offer

A clear offer people already want is easier to sell than a vague one. Ads cannot fix a weak offer.

Creative

Fresh images, videos and copy keep results from wearing out. Tired creative usually means paying more for the same result.

Season and competition

Costs tend to rise when more businesses advertise, for example in Q4 before Christmas. In some sectors, summer brings more advertisers too.

Website and follow-up

A slow page or a slow reply wastes clicks you already paid for. Fixing the journey can matter as much as the budget.

Costs people forget

Hidden costs to ask about.

“Who makes the ads?”

Creative.

Check whether images, video and copy are included. Our packages include ad copy and static creative. Video is part of Growth Partner.

“Where do people land?”

Landing page.

Sending ads to a weak page wastes spend. Landing pages are part of the Customer Acquisition System, or a separate website project.

“Can we see what sold?”

Tracking setup.

Without tracking, you are guessing. The Pixel is the small piece of code that tells Meta who bought or enquired. We review tracking before launch.

“Who owns the account?”

Account ownership.

Make sure your business owns the ad account, the Page and the data. Ask before you sign with anyone.

Is it worth it?

Measure tracked sales
against spend.

The useful question is not what a click costs. It is what came back for what you spent. These are real results from campaigns we manage.

2025

€217,048 in tracked sales. 9,384 website sales.

Tracked across the year in Meta Ads Manager.

1–9 June 2026

€6,523.92 in spend. €38,550.54 in tracked sales.

Nine days of campaigns, tracked in Meta Ads Manager.

Platform-attributed purchase value is not profit. These examples are not a guarantee of future results.

A few straight answers

What you might be wondering.

How much does Facebook advertising cost per month in Malta?

There are two parts: your ad spend, paid to Meta, and a management fee if you use an agency. Our management starts from €1,250 a month, excluding VAT and ad spend.

What does it cost per 1,000 views?

It changes with your audience, the season, your creative and the competition. We do not quote a general figure. In the free review, we look at real numbers from your account.

Is there a minimum ad budget?

Meta lets you start small. What matters is a budget big enough to learn from. We recommend a working budget for your business before starting.

Why do Facebook ad costs rise in Q4?

More businesses advertise before Black Friday and Christmas, so there is more competition for the same people. Plan your budget and offers early.

Is an agency worth it, or should I run ads myself?

Running ads yourself saves the fee but costs time, and mistakes cost ad spend. An agency makes sense when you have a proven offer and room for more customers. If it is not the right step yet, we’ll say so.

Do you make the ads?

Yes. Our packages include ad copy and static creative. Video content creation is part of the Growth Partner package.

Are your prices including VAT?

No. All our fees exclude VAT. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to Meta.
